All orders will be processed for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12PM EST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping. until the following Monday or Tuesday. As soon as your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking.

Order damaged in transit? 

In the event that your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us at support@masonathome.com with pictures of the damaged product. As long as you reach out to us within 7 days of the item being delivered, we’ll ship out a replacement for your damaged product free of charge.
